Good ol’e fashioned family fun
Webb’s Farming Festival
Background: Where Memories Take Root
Webb’s Farming Festival began as a simple idea during a difficult time. When the Old Time Farming Festival in Centerburg shut down in 2020 due to COVID, an important piece of local tradition disappeared. Families lost a gathering place, small-town fall fun faded, and a community that once came together every year suddenly had nothing to look forward to.
Instead of letting those memories fade, the Webb family created something new — a festival built from the ground up to keep those traditions alive. What started as a small, homegrown event quickly became a meaningful annual gathering for our family, friends, and Marengo.
Today, Webb’s Farming Festival is in its sixth year, growing through generosity, creativity, and the belief that community traditions deserve to continue. From cornhole and scarecrow building to hay rides, raffles, and fall activities for all ages, the festival blends familiar favorites with a renewed purpose: to give families a place to reconnect, celebrate, and create new stories.
It’s more than a fall event — it’s a reminder that even in seasons of loss, new traditions can grow.
It’s where memories don’t just happen.
It’s where memories take root.

2023 Video
Maybe it’s the cheers from the frog races. Maybe it’s the egg toss landing perfectly in someone’s hands. Or maybe it’s the traditions that bring our small town back to life each fall. Whatever it is, capturing a year like 2023 is about more than filming an event — it’s preserving the memories that make Webb’s Farming Festival feel like home.
